i. We are hiring for the position of Senior Faculty on a temporary basis for Maths, Physics and Chemistry for our HT-Medical Academies. The vacancies will be filled immediately.

4. Nature of Employment: The engagement will be on a temporary basis for a period of one year. Further, extension shall be considered based on performance from time to time
5. Remuneration: The remuneration will be based on the relevant knowledge and experience.
6. The Eligibility Criteria (Qualification, Work Experience and others)
i. Minimum Education Qualification: B.Tech or M.Sc or equivalent with First class
ii. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of full time work experience in providing coaching for IIT JEE (Mains and Advance)/ NEET in a reputed coaching institution
iii. Complete understanding of the nature and pattern of examination of I IT JEE (Main and Advance) /NEET
iv. Good subject knowledge
v. Good teaching skills
vi. Knowledge of online teaching tools and online resources
vii. Willing to work beyond regular school timings
viii. Willing to relocate to any district of the Andhra Pradesh
Selection Procedure :
1. Eligible candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of the written exam and interview through their registered email ids. The tentative date by which the email will be send to the eligible candidates is by 12th August 2021.
2. The candidates have to go through multiple selection rounds which will consist of written exam (descriptive), interview, classroom demonstration. Written exam and subject interview will be conducted on a same day. Only those candidates who qualify written exam will be allowed for subject interview round.
3. Those candidates who clear the subject interview round will have to give classroom demo either on the same day or the next day. Post the classroom demo, the candidate has to attend the personal interview.
