Applications are invited from eligible Central Govt. employees for filling up the post of 'Senior Scientific Assistant' on deputation basis at the 'Institute of Aerospace Medicine', Bangalore. The terms and conditions of deputation shall be as per the existing orders of DOPT. The details of the post and eligibility conditions are as follows:-
1. Post Name: Senior Scientific Assistant
2. Number of vacancy: 04 (Physiology- 02, Psychology- 01 , Toxicology/Bio-Chemistry- 01 )
3. Classification: General Central Service, Gp 'B', Non- Ministerial, Non-Gazetted. Ministry/Department Ministry of Defence/lndian Air Force.
4. Tenure of Deputation:- 02 years extendable to 5 years.
5. Scale of Pay: Pay level-7 of Pay Matrix of VII CPC
6. Qualification:-
(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Level-6 or in the parent cadre/ department; AND
7. Possessing the following Educational Qualifications and Experience:- 03 years Diploma in Mechanica Engineering or Rubber Technolo Chemistry, Mathematics) OR Mathematics/ Bio-Chemistry/Statistic Psychology; 02 years experience in the field Rubber Technology/ Bio Chemice Psychiatric Lab.
8. Brief description of duty:- Teach research; To handle laboratory an other jobs associated with resear officer.
