Education Qualification :
NIRD&PR is the country's apex organisation for undertaking training, research, action research and consultancy in all aspects of Rural Development. NIRD&PR invites applications from eligible candidates for one position of Training Associate in the project of RuRBAN Mission, Centre for Rural Infrastructure (CRI).
1. Position: Training Associate (1 No.)
2. Essential Qualifications: Post graduate degree in any of the Social Sciences with strong academic background from recognised Indian / Foreign university/ Institute.
3. Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in associating in organising training programmes and training management in government projects.
4. Desirable Qualifications:
(i) Training Management
(ii) Familiarity with Training Management Portal (TMP) of the Government of India
(iii) Strong skills in MS Office, MS Project or an equivalent project management tools, andworkflow or data flow diagramming tools
5. Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- per month

Not exceeding 50 years as on last date forsubmission of application

1. This assignment is purely temporary and does not envisage any kind of regular appointment in NIRD&PR in future
2. The Institute has a right to shortlist the candidates as may be necessary

Role Description
1. Preparation of training modules and materials for the courses on Convergence ofprogrammes of various ministries with RuRBAN Mission
2. Preparation of training modules and materials for the courses on RuRBAN Mission including ICAPs and CGF
3. Preparing the session plans and training methodologies including icebreakers, role place,group discussions etc., under the guidance of Professor and Head of CRI
4. Coordinating and maintaining liaison with outstation Training Programme Coordinatorsand Venues (SIRDs, etc) for smooth conduct of Training Programmes,
5. Coordinating Administrative activities of RuRBAN Project at CRI, NIRD&PR
6. Liaisoning with the NMMU officials of RuRBAN Mission, MoRD
7. Uploading activities of RuRBAN Mission project to NIRD&PR website as well as MoRDwebsite.
8. Maintaining accounts of RuRBAN Mission
