Sub:- Engagement of Act Apprentices Under the Apprentices Act, 1961, in Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) forth year 2021-22.
AppIicattons are invited from eligible candid tes for engagement as Apprentices under the Apprentices' Act, 1961 in the under mentioned cie gnated trades for the year 2021-22 in this Factory. The requirement given below is tentative this administration

3. Minimum Educational Qualification & Training Period
i. The candidates willing to undergo training Inder the Apprentices' Act, 1961, in this Factory, must have passed 10th class exam or its equivalent with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks, from recognized Boards, on the date of issue of Notification and also possess National Trade Certificate (NTN) in the designated trade in which this administration is imparting training, issued National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
ii. The training in the designated trades of Fitter, Machinist Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Turner, Electrician and Electronic Mechanic ill be for a period of one year. Whereas the period of training for COE Group, is for a period of six months. Training will be arranged in a cordance with the standards and syllabus prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Council
4. Rate of Stipend :
During their period of apprenticeship trainin in this Factory, the candidates undergoing training in the trades of Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic will be paid a stipend Rs.12,261/- per month, while for CNC Programming-cum-Operator, a stipend, will be paid and as per extant rules amended from time to time.

Candidate should have completed 15 years s of age and should not have completed 24 years as on 13.09.2021
Documents Required:
a) Std/Matriculation or its equivalent certificate with at least 50% of marks, with Date of Birth as proof of age.
b) National Trade certificate (NTC) in the signated trade in which this Administration is imparting training, which is issued by t e National Council for Vocational Training (NC VT), will be accepted. Please notc that mere completion of a course is not sufficient.
c) Copy of the caste certificates in case of Sl /ST candidates in the prescribed proforma and /OBC candidates in the prescribed proforma
d) Physically Handicapped/Disability certific Ite duly issued by the competent medical board.
e) Two identical passport size photographs duly self attested and firmly stiched in separate cover to the application form (from one copy pasted on the application form).
f) Discharge certificate/serving certificate wards of Ex-Servicemen/for serving Railway employee respectively (as the case nay be).
g) Employment Registration card, registered i. Employment Exchanges within the State of Karnataka, with renewal being current. (This is applicable in case of candidates residing in State of Karnataka other than wa ds of Serving Railway Employees.)
h) Wards of serving Railway employees sl 'tild produce certificate issued by the respective controlling officers where theil parents are working in the prescribed

Selection Procedure :
The selection of candidates will be made on ne basis of merit list prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidal in 10th Std/Matriculation or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. the purpose of calculation of percentage of marks obtained in 10th Std/ or its equivalent marks obtained by the candidates in all the subjects as indicated in le said marks sheet, will be reckoned and not on the basis of marks of any subject of subjects.
How to Apply :
1. Application duly filled-in all res ects can either be dropped in the sealed Drop Box kept in the Office of the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Personnel Department, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, BanIgalore-560064 on all the working days i.e, from Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 16:50 hrs. and Saturday between 09:00 hrs. to 12:20 hrs.
