The Ministry of Education (MoE) has launched the National lnitiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy (NIPUN Bharat) as parl of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Mission on 5th July 2021.
i. For effective implementation of the scheme in the state of Assam, a Projecl Management Unit (PMU) both at state level and district level has been set up. For smooth functioning of Project Management Unit (PMU) both at state level and district levels, Samagra Shiksha, Assam invites online application from intending eligible candidates in prescribed form for recruitment in the following posts (purely on contract basis). lntending candidate must submit online application (in prescribed format)

Age:
Candidate must not be less than 32 years and more than 50 years of age as on 01 01.2021
Important Points:
1. The above posts are purely on basis, will be made initially for a period of 11 months.
2. The services may be extended for another term(s) on the basis of the performance of the incumbents.
3. The candidate selected against these posts cannot claim for permanent absorption or continuation of the their services under Samagra Shiksha or under Government as these posts are purely under the intervention of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Scheme and will be based on performance of the incumbents.
4. The continuation of the services of the selected candidates will be based on performance appraisal of the incumbents and subject to availability of the fund/continuity of the schemefintervention.
5 The selected candidates will have to sign an agreement with the authority for the appointment period.
6. In case of any irregularities observed regarding their eligibility/efficiency/punctuality/commitment in sering Samagra Shiksha, Assam in "Mission Mode", or any ineligibility detected as per terms of the advertisement even after engagement against the said posts, the authority reserves the right to terminate/discontinue their services at any time without assigning any reason thereof.

How to Apply :
1. lnterview (along with verification of documents) will be held at State Mission Office,Samagra Shiksha, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19. The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded in the official website of Samagra Shiksha,Assam. No TA/ D.A will be paid for attending the verification process and lnterview.
2. The cindidates will have to apply online along with the recent colored passport size photograph (maximum 50 KB) and signature (maximum 20 KB) Incomplete and incorrect online application will be summarily relected. Claims for correction etc will not be entertained.
3. Online Application through https://ssa.assam.gov.in/ from 12.10.2021 to 24.10.2021
4. At the time of intervied verifilation of documents, intending candidates will have to produce specific working experiences certificate duly countersigned by concerned authority along with all relevant documents in original.
5. Candidates will have to submit a set of photocopy of all relevant documents at the time of verification of documents along with a recent passport size colored photograph.
