Qualification: Full time BE/ B. Tech. (Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks) having Two years experience. Post Qualification Experience: The candidate should have relevant experience in construction related activities.

Qualification: B. Arch(essential) Desirable M.Arch/M.Plan/M Tech. Post Qualification Experience: Should have proficiency in Auto CAD (essential, RevitArch, Google Sketchup and ArchGIS etc(preferred) More than one year of professional experience in master planning/architectural designing of following:Terminal building projects (Railway station / Airport / Metro station etc.) and Commercial/ industrial/township projects. Urban Scale projects like TOD’s, Mixed Use development, Area design, etc.

Qualification and Experience: Having a Degree in Law from a recognized University, ICWA would be a desirable qualification. Candidate must have passed CS from a recognized institute. He/she must be a Company Secretary, having Post Qualification minimum 10 to 15 years of experience, in dealing with corporate management in PSU/reputed organization. Candidate must possess strong domain knowledge of Corporate Laws and Governance Policies and must be well conversant with Companies Act, 2013. He/she should have ability to handle knowledge management system procedures.

Senior Expert :
Educational Qualification : BHM, Any Post Graduate, MBA/PGDM, CA, ICWA
Documents Required :
a. Matriculation Certificate (for age proof);
b. Self Attested copy of professional Degrees (Full Time only)/CS/CA/ICWA/LLB, B.Tech or any other Degree, whichever is applicable
c. Certificates of other professional qualifications, M.Arch, M.Plan, MBA etc.
d. Certificates in proof of experience, clearly projecting the requisite experience indicating the length and line of experience as per eligibility conditions/criteria;

Terms and conditions :
1. The above post is not for the regular establishment of IRSDC. The appointment will be purely on contract basis initially for one year. The contract is extendable, for a further period of 3 years , on year to year basis or duration of the project whichever is less, at the sole discretion of IRSDC, as per project requirement, provided the services/performance of the contract staff are found to be satisfactory. However, IRSDC may rescind the contract at any time during the contract period, in case of completion/foreclosure of the project ahead of the contract period due to any reasons or poor/nonperformance/misconduct on the part of the contract employee, by giving one month notice or remuneration in lieu thereof. This contract appointment will not confer any right to claim absorption in regular establishment of the company or for appointment in other projects of the company.
2. The selection/screening committee may consider and recommend a higher basic emolument at the time of selection in deserving cases by increasing the initial basic emoluments @ 5% flat per year for every completed year of experience relevant to the requirement of the company.
3. Architect on contract would be eligible for a Life Insurance Cover of up to Rs. 25,00,000/- under any of the Term Insurance Policies (e.g. LIC New Jeevan Mangal or LIC Amulya Jeevan) of LIC or similar policies of any other Govt. Insurance Companies. They are free to choose and obtain such an Insurance Policy from Govt. Insurance Companies, for which annual premium to the extent of Rs. 5000/- will be reimbursed by IRSDC on production of Policy/Cover note and cash receipt for annual premium during their service with IRSDC.
4. Architect engaged on contract basis in IRSDC will be entitled to reimbursement of expenditure incurred on indoor medical treatment for self only at the place of posting, at the rate applicable to Executives (E-0) Architect will be provided with a CUG connection with entitlement of call charges up to Rs. 1000/- per month and reimbursement of cost of mobile handset up to Rs. 5000/-

2. Only those candidates will be shortlisted for interview who are eligible. Applicants are therefore advised to check their eligibility thoroughly while applying so as to avoid disappointment at later stage. The candidates, called for the interview, must bring their original certificates in proof of age, community, educational/professional qualification and experience while coming for the interview, failing which interview of the candidate will not be conducted.
