General Instructions and conditions:
1. Hon’ble Selection Committee reserves right to alter the number of vacancies, modify examination process, shortlist eligible candidates for interview and fixing the minimum cut off marks without assigning any reasons thereof. Candidates are advised to go through the website www.allahabadhighcourt.in regularly for latest updated information. Moreover, corigendum or addendum or cancellation in this advertisement, if any occurs , notice in this regard shall be uploaded/published on the official website www.allahabadhighcourt.in in due course of time.
3. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that the candidates don’t fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that they have suppressed/twisted or truncated any material facts, their candidature shall stand cancelled without giving any reasons and notice to the candidate. If any of these shortcomings is detected even after appointment, their services shall be liable to be terminated and he/she shall be liable for criminal proceedings and legal actions.
4. The character of a person for direct recruitment to the service must be such as to render him/her suitable in all respect for appointment to the service. Persons dismissed by the Union Government or by a State Government or by a Local Authority or a Government Corporation owned or controlled by the Central Government or state Government will be deemed to be ineligible for the appointment.

How to Apply:
1. Duly filled application forms, accompanied with attested copies of documents/marksheets/ certificates etc. in support of age, qualification, experience, claiming reservation etc., are to reach from 06.02.2018 upto 26.02.2018 (i.e. last date for submission of application form) through Registered/Speed post.
2. Application form received after last date shall not be entertained. High Court shall not be responsible for any postal delay. Name of the post applied for alongwith advertisement no. with date must be super-scripted on the top of the envelop containing application form. 3. The application forms are available on the web site (www.allahabadhighcourt.in) and the same be downloaded for applying. Requisite examination fee is to be paid through bank draft drawn in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
4. Candidates are required to keep with then atleast two colored passport size photograph identical with the photograph pasted on application form for future reference. Candidates are also advised to fill up their application form in a legible manner and sign on the specified places.
5. Incomplete application forms in any respect will not be entertained and the same shall be rejected without assigning any reason thereof. Fee once paid shall neither be refunded nor be adjusted in any circumstances. Note: Separate application form alongwith separate examination fee is to be submitted for each post by the candidates who wish to apply for more than one post.
6.
