The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with our SAP application support partner, Core Team Members and end users to ensure smooth functioning of ERP. The major responsibility includes coordinating with our affiliated Member Unions and resolving their pending tickets, identifying areas of improvement and drive its implementation, initiating HANA migration project. The candidate will also responsible for preparing and maintaining SAP documentation.
