Qualification Details:
To meet such requirements, applications are invited from eligible officers working in Railways/ its CPSEs/Metro Rail Corporations, for deputation to NCRTC for the post Of Chief Vigilance Officer. The detail of the post and eligibility are given below:
Filling up of the post of chief Vigilance Officer on deputation basis:
1. Nomenclature of the post: Chief Vigilance Officer
2. No. of vacancies: 01(One)
3. Qualification: Essential: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Degree in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
4. Experience: The officer should have diverse experience in railway/rail based organisations of working in field units and HQ and must have experience of handling Tenders, Contracts and Contract management and should have proficiency in IT skills to be capable of working in an highly computerised environment.
5. Desirable: Experience of Vigilance Management, DAR and HR Management and working in railway construction/Metro projects will be desirable.

7. Eligibility: SAG/NF-SAG/SG Officers with a minimum of 18 years of Group-A service

9. Term of deputation:Three years extendable up to five years.

Selection Procedure :
Selection Process shall involve initial screening by NCRTC in terms of Railway Board's letter No.
2018/E(O)II/41/1 dated 07.03.2018 and final approval of Central Vigilance Commission.
