3. Candidates presently serving with the Government Sector and shortlisted for the interview must provide a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the present employer before/at the time of interview.
4. A copy of the Caste Certificate issued by competent authority as stipulated by Government of India in the Central List.
5. Certificate of not belonging to 'CREAMY LAYER' signed by a competent authority.
6. PWBD Candidates (with benchmark disability not less than 40%) should produce Disability Certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority as specified in the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
General Information:
1. Candidate shall have to pass written and skill test of stenography at a speed of 80 w.p.m. in English shorthand and for the transcription of the same on computer at the rate of 40 w.p.m.
2. Shortlisted outstation candidates will be paid AC- III tier rail fare, by the shortest route, only on production of tickets
3. The selected candidates will be expected to join as per the date in the offer letter.
4. The selected candidate shall be subjected to other rules and regulations as applicable to MP-IDSA Scholars and Staff
5. Age and Education qualification will be calculated as on last date of submission of application.
6. In Case It Is Detected At Any Stage Of Recruitment That An Applicant Does Not Fulfil The Eligibility Norms And/ Or That He/ She Has Furnished Any Incorrect/ False Information Or Has Suppressed Any Material Fact(S), His/ Her
7. Candidature Will Stand Cancelled. If Any Of These Shortcomings Is/ Are Detected Even After Appointment, His/ Her Services Are Liable To Be Terminated And Disqualification Will Take Place With Retrospective Effect
8. The certificates will be subject to such verification/reverification as may be decided by the competent authorities.
9. The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the position advertised

The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement and other academic achievements and feedback on past performance. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on any candidate for being called for the interview. The decision of the institute in all matters will be final.
